Curb appeal!

I don't know about you but when I drive through a new neighborhood, I always look for homes with the welcoming front landscape and porch decor. Whether its a nice "Welcome" sign or the type of mulch the homeowner has added, I take mental notes of the ones I like best and try to implement them into my design ideas.

The image here is my previous homes front porch. My husband always pokes fun of me when I get out that white spray paint but I have to admit it made my pieces pop against the stone on the porch.

A item I always like to focus on with the front porch is a piece for the front door. Whether it be a nice floral wreath or a custom made sign like the one pictured, it really makes an impact on drawing attention to the home.
