My favorite room in our old home....

I mean if this was your powder room wouldn't you want to hang out in here? I absolutely love this pallet wall my husband worked so hard on. We love the rustic look and really wanted it to be imperfect.

The wall art was a trusty Hobby Lobby find and the mirror came from Kirklands . The second I saw the horse picture I had to have it. I have a horse of my own and that horse looks like my old man who we lost a few years back.

The wall color is a bright blue color and I was a little hesitant to use this color because of how bright it is. After doing the pallet wall though I knew it would all come together and look great.

The bathroom vanity we purchased from Lowes as the pedestal sink that the builder installed just didn't work for me.

I like to have storage in the bathroom and this vanity offered the look I wanted along with the storage need. Plus, the vanity was not super expensive and fit out budget.

I found the lantern, orchid, and counter lamp at TJ Maxx! As you read my blogs you will see that I have about 4 stores I frequent and TJ Maxx is on the top of the list. I have always likes to find a good deal and have never been able to pay full retail price for items when I know I can find something similar or even the same at TJ Maxx.

We decided to just clean up the original light fixture and I think it worked ok in the space. We also saved the faucet from the old sink and reworked the plumbing a bit to make it fit the new vanity. The arrow towel hanger was a final swap out as I don't normally like a traditional towel hanger.
